• Does Azul work in rainy days?
  
  This is completely the customers choice. We will clean as many windows as possible from the inside and return the next day to do the outside windows.
  
  
  
  
• Do I have to be in my home for my window cleaning service?
  
  Again, this is completely up to the customer. We will start with the inside windows and should you need to leave we can clean the outside windows last.
  We have many customers that leave the house and we lock all the doors when we leave, then you can mail the check. Remember that you have 7 days guaranty!
  
  
  
  
• Is it less expensive if I sing a contract?
  
  For Commercial:
  If you sign one year contract we will give you one free window cleaning that you can use at your convenience throughout the year.
  
  For Residential:
  Sign a one year contract and receive one of the following:

  
  5% off on services scheduled every 6 months;

  10% off on services scheduled every 3 month; or

  15% off on services scheduled every month.
  
  

• I have not clean my windows in two or more years. What are the consequences
  
  Immediate consequences may be hard
  water stains on the glass.
  This could be just the beginning, if you neglect to care for your windows they may have to be replaced.
  
  
  
  
  
  Another problem is that your windows become hard to open. Glass will become weak and deteriorate, eventually becoming brittle and breaking.
  Keep in mind if you have ivy or any kind of climbing plants they have been known to make holes in windows. Proper maintenance and cleaning of your windows will prolong the life of the glass, preventing untimely replacement
  
  
  

• How long would it take to clean my windows?
  
  Having your windows cleaned 1 to 2 times a year will greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to clean your windows. The more dirt and debris that has built up over time will take longer to clean. If you have had your home painted, chances are the paint around the window frames have dried and you can no longer open your windows. So many factors contribute to the time it would normally take a professional to clean your windows.
  
  
  

• How often should I clean my gutters?
  
  We recommend cleaning your gutters at least once a year.
  
  
  
  
• If I hire a painter, what should I be careful about?
  
  Painters are not always careful when painting around windows and frames. If the Painter leaves the windows closed while painting, what will happen is when the paint dries it dries the windows shut. We all know how hard it can be to open windows once this happens.
  Often times Painters leave excessive amounts of paint on the windows, and this can be almost impossible to remove.
  We suggest that you schedule an appointment to have your windows cleaned shortly after the Painters have finished the job. This way we can come in and quickly remove any paint that has dried on the windows. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to remove the dried on paint. Also, this would be a great time to check those windows that have dried shut.
