How does Azul clean windows?

We will try to clean all of your windows manually with various sized squeegees and soft brushes. Should the need arise and we are unable to reach too high or difficult areas we will use a Power Washer Brush or in commercial accounts rappel techniques.
We are always ready with scrapers that help us in removing paint, glue, tape, or any other difficult to remove sticky substances.

Products Used...
Azul uses only bio-degradable and environmentally safe cleaning products. The cleaning product used will depend on how dirty the windows are. In normal instances we will use liquid cleaners that will leave windows clean and bright with no streaks. The Power Washer Brush uses special soapless tablets that repel dirt. Both of these cleaning processes will maintain clean and bright windows longer than household cleaners.
Hard water stains are difficult to remove, therefore, require special solutions. Only at your request will we use these solutions.
Inside your Home…
We take special care with your home and personal possessions. We use special mats under the water buckets to protect your floors and carpets. When cleaning storm windows we gently remove them from the windows and place them on the mats while cleaning. We take special precautions to avoid any scratches to your hardwood floors or stains to your carpeting. As always, at the home owners request we will be happy to remove our shoes. No problem.
